Time today 37mins 55secs. A windy day and a course which is 75m longer than it should be i.e. 14secs of extra running. I finished in 12th position today.
This was my 40th race in 2011.
Felt rotten Ian. The poor lassie seemed to stop just before the finish and I was doing pelters to dip 38mins and it must have looked as if I was having a sprint finish with her. I think she was feeling a bit sick or something. Bye-the bye: that course is a 75m longer than 10K i.e. 10.08km. Cheers and race 41 is Paisley Vision 10K this Sunday.
