My time was 1hr 04mins 09secs. Heart Rate average was 171 bpm. I had a strong finish and so was reasonably happy with my performance.

ALLOA HALF MARATHON 2008

My time was 1hr 25mins 05secs. Average Heart Rate was 168 bpm. Conditions quite windy from mile 6 to mile 11.

Down By The River 10K Race - Cambuslang

A very well organised race. A mixture of road running and trail running. My time today was 39 mins 11 secs. Not a PB, but I was happy enough with the time. Average heart rate was 178bpm. Neil Robbins (fellow Hamilton Harrier - 37 mins 20 secs). Decent weather conditions.
