Time recorded (chip) was 37mins 45secs. I was on course for a 37.17 (6 min per mile) until 8K, then the lactic kicked in and I slowed by around 15secs per mile. Still it was 30secs faster than last year's (2009) 38.15. Quite happy since it was better than last week's 38.21 at Helensburgh 10K.
